SHAVED COLTS MOVE UNLIKE JAGUARS

Fans of the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars laughed when their mascot made fun of the Tiger Woods' scandal. Since then the Jags have been the butt of many a wedgie joke.
In an emotional show of support for Colts' head coach Chuck Pagano, who is battling leukemia, rookie quarterback Andrew Luck and most of his Indianapolis teammates shaved their heads this week and vowed to beat Jacksonville tonight to help with the bench boss's healing process.
The impressive Colts, riding a three-game winning streak and 5-3 record, play in the Sunshine State against the struggling Jaguars, who are fashioning a 1-7 record, have lost five straight and look more like the Titanic than a ship-shape NFL team.
All the pigskin experts expect the Colts to win by at least eight points. I wonder if the Jags, who have already apologized to their fans at EverBank Field for shoddy play this season, have enough pride to register the upset?
(What will Jaguar fans do after their team wins the Super Bowl? They'll turn off PlayStation3!)
Pagano, whose cancer is in remission, told his team last week during a visit to the locker-room: "I've got circumstances. You guys understand it, I understand it. It's already beat. It's already beat. My vision that I'm living is to see two more daughters get married, dance at their weddings and then lift the Lombardi Trophy several times. I'm dancing at two more weddings and we're hoisting that trophy together, men. Congratulations, I love all of you."
Expect the Colts to trim the Jags tonight. Caution: The Jags' lone win this season came in Indianapolis when they beat the Colts 22-17 in Week 3.
My prediction? Colts 26-23 in a thriller.
