After a month of no-news updates, an outburst about ranch owners and cattle and vodka-induced Tweets about how life in the KHL coal mine is better than the NHL gravytrain, there appears to be some sanity surfacing.
According to TSN this morning (see link below), there is a REAL offer on the table for the NHLPA to ponder.
As a hockey fan who enjoys "donating" money to my brother's annual pool, I hope the NHL and NHLPA can get-r-done ASAP.
If not, maybe Red Bull can encourage Commish Gary Bettman to break Felix Baumgartner's supersonic jump, wearing only used Under Armour and Butch Goring's old helmet. Just saying.
